White Sauce Pasta

How to make white sauce pasta?

Very simple and easy recipe and it taste delicious.

Ingredients

1 cup pasta

Chopped Onion

Oregano

Milk

Salt for taste

Sweet corn

Chopped Capsicum

Cheese (optional)

Black pepper

Butter

Maida (white flour)

When all the ingredients are ready - let's start

1. Boil the pasta.




2. Finely chopped all the veggies. 




3. Take a pan and melt the butter and add Maida in it ,keep stir the flour quickly so that no lumps are formed as soon as you can add it.


4. Saute the flour until it gets pale golden colour, don't brown it.


5. On the low flame pour the cold milk gently. Pour the milk with one hand and stir the sauce with other hand.(use only cold milk, nor hot neither room temperature milk to avoid lumps).


6. On low heat stir the sauce continuously until it thickens.


7. When the sauce starts sticking to the back of the spoon or coated the back of the spoon well, turn off the flame.




8. Now, add the seasonings - black pepper ,oregano and salt according to the taste required. Also you can add cheese slices (3-4) or grated cheese on this stage.


(Remember the sauce get thicken on cooling so keep the consistency accordingly)

9. Add the pasta in the sauce along with all the veggies and mix well.


10. Serve the pasta garnished with some cheese or oregano and Enjoy!
