Chicken Roll Recipe

Ingredients

For Dough
  • 1 cup maida
  • 2 tablespoon of oil
  • water as required 
  • salt as required
For stuff
  • 500 gm Boneless Chicken small pieces
  • 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder (also you can add more or less chilli powder according to your taste)
  • 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 large onoin
  • Salt for taste
  • 1/8 tablespoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon of cumin seeds 
  • oil 
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1/2 table
Steps of making 


  1. Wash the chicken properly and knead the dough smooth and put it aside.

  2. Finely chopped the onion and green chillies. 

  3. Take a pan or put 2 tablespoon of oil in it and put cumin seeds in it.

  4. Then put the onion in it and saute them until it become soft.

  5. Before the onion turns golden brown put green chillies in it.

  6. After that put all the chicken pieces into it and add all the spices.

  7. Mix all the veggies,spices and chicken properly and cook the chicken well.

  8. Once the chicken cooked then make a small balls of your dough.

  9. Now, your filling is ready its time to fill it (allow the filling to come on normal temperature)
  10. Make rools of the ball and start filling it one by one.

  11. Fold the edges neatly and secure the filling in it

  12. When all the raw rolls are ready then heat oil for deep fry

  13. When the oil get heated then turn the flame on medium heat then start putting the rools in the pan one by one.

  14. Once the rolls get golden brown colour take them out from the pan and repeat the process until all done.

  15. Put all the rolls on tissue paper or on kitchen towel so that all the oil get absorbed. 
  16. When all the rolls done then serve them hot with sauce or some green chutney and enjoy.
