 Non-veg momos /Dim Sim 

Here is a recipe of making simple and delicious non-veg momos which is best snack for your evening's and parties.

Ingredients

  • For Dough
    1. 2 cup maida
    2. 1/2 tablespoon of salt
    3. 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
    4. water as required
  • For Filling
  1. 300 gm of chicken small pieces (boneless)
  2. 2 tablespoon oil
  3. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  4. 3 or 4 green chillies
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. 1 table spoon soya sauce
  7. 2 tablespoon red chilly powder (you can adjust according to your taste)
  8. 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder
  9. 2 large onions

Process of making non-veg momos (chicken momos)

  1. Wash chicken properly with water and cut all the veggies in small pieces or finely chopped.

  2. Boil the chicken and shred well.

  3. Now take a big bowl and put 1 tablespoon of oil in it mix all the veggies and add all the spices along with veggies and mix well with chicken.

  4. Now prepare a dough and make a roll out small balls out of it

  5. Now, flatten the rools and fill the filling in it close the edges and secure, repeat the process until all the filling or dough is done. 

  6.  And steamed them for 15 or 20 minutes.

  7. After 15 minutes check the momos are fully cooked or not. Now serve and enjoy your hot, fresh and delicious momos with dip or chutney.
