 Chicken fry Recipe

Ingredients
  • 250 grams boneless chicken
  • 1.5 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 
  • 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 
Steps of making
  • Clean the chicken pieces and place in a bowl.

  • Add ginger garlic paste, salt, and lime juice to this.

  • Mix well until the chicken pieces are well coated. 

  • Cover and Leave for few hours or a minimum of 30 minutes.

  • Heat oil for deep frying and gently add the chicken pieces to it.

  • Fry on medium heat and stir occasionally until it become golden brown.

  • Take out one piece and check that it is fully cooked or not.
  • Once done, drain and place the chicken pieces on kitchen towels or on tissue for the excess oil to get absorbed.

  • Repeat the same process until all the pieces are done.
  • Now, the chicken fry is ready, serve hot and enjoy with green chutney or with any curry.
